Challenge Center is OPEN!

We are happy to announce that, Challenge Center, along with all necessary Coronavirus precautions and public health policies in place,  will again be providing in-person physical therapy and assisted fitness services.   Please call 619-667-8644 if you'd like to join us.  

COVID-19 UPDATE: 

Our physical therapists and trainers are currently seeing patients for physical therapy and fitness services only, and have resumed services by appointment only.  For all appointments we have implemented additional screening precautions in order to keep clients, caregivers and staff safe. At this time we are unable to offer independent gym services. Please check back for future safe re-opening plans including, outdoor classes in front of Challenge Center.
