Challenge Center is Moving!
We have some exciting news to celebrate! 🎉 We’re officially moving to a larger, beautifully upgraded space in Kearny Mesa! This next chapter allows us to better serve you, and we can’t wait for you to see our new home.
✨ Starting March 2nd, all appointments and services will take place exclusively at our brand-new location.
Please keep these important dates in mind:

February 24th will be our final day serving you at our current La Mesa location.

We will be closed February 25th–27th as we put the finishing touches on our new space and prepare for our soft opening on March 2nd.
This move marks an exciting milestone for us, and it wouldn’t be possible without your continued support. We’re so grateful for our amazing community and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space to begin this next chapter together!
How to Find Us
9596 Chesapeake Dr., Unit A San Diego, CA 92123
Our new office is located in Kearny Mesa, just west of I-15.
From I-15 (North or South):
- Take the Clairemont Mesa Blvd exit.
- Head west on Clairemont Mesa Blvd.
- Turn right onto Chesapeake Drive (before reaching Kaiser Permanente).
- Turn into the parking lot where you see signs for Challenge Center. (You will also see signs for Meals on Wheels and ElderHelp San Diego.)
- Continue past Meals on Wheels and ElderHelp, then turn right at the first turn.
- Take the next left turn.
- You will see Challenge Center at the end of the lot on your left.
If you can find Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center, you’re less than a minute away — we’re just northeast of the hospital.
