Challenge Center reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any violation of these terms of use, including any violation of Challenge Center’s rights in the Challenge Center name and emblem and its rights in connection with the information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (together, the “Content”) of the Challenge Center web site.

Working Papers

The Challenge Center web site may contain Working Papers or discussion drafts of Challenge Center Policy Papers. Comments and responses are welcome, but these should in all cases be addressed directly to Challenge Center and not uploaded to the Challenge Center web site. These documents are provided by Challenge Center as a contribution to discussion on important issues affecting the disabled, and to assist Challenge Center by broadening and deepening the range of the consultations engaged in by the Organization. Such documents do not represent the Organization’s definitive position on the issues covered and are not to be represented as such. Working papers may not be quoted or otherwise used outside the Challenge Center web site.

Interactive Parts of the Challenge Center Web Site
The Challenge Center web site may contain bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities.
